You represent that you have the right to use any Minecraft accounts you add to our service. We are not responsible for verifying the ownership of accounts you choose to manage through our platform.
API access is granted for personal use or for integration into your own applications and services. You may build bots, tools, or services that utilize our API for your users.
Prohibited: Reselling, sublicensing, or proxying raw API access to third parties. You may not provide others with direct access to our API endpoints, credentials, or WebSocket connections.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account and API access without refund.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and investigate suspected violations of these Terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
Enforcement follows a graduated response: warnings may be issued for minor or first-time violations, while confirmed abuse — including but not limited to phishing, PhaaS operations, or facilitating unauthorized account recovery — will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and all associated services.
As a platform provider, we act in good faith to restrict access to material or activities we consider objectionable, consistent with protections afforded under 47 U.S.C. § 230. No advance notice or opportunity to cure is required for enforcement actions taken under this section.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless secured.wtf, its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or any allegation that your use of the service infringed or violated any third-party rights or applicable law.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of accounts or data.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
